The focus of this training program is to help those new to the gym, or who need support with the fundamentals of training & movement. 
This program is split into 3 full body sessions, focusing on some of the key fundamentals of learning to move better. 
It will include "bang for buck" exercises ,with a combination of low reps & moderate sets to ensure quality over quantity. This will allow you to practice the skills needed for lifting, and build a solid base for blocks to come.
